Self-care is always important, and as oncology nurses we need to take care of ourselves. SNHON Board members want to remind you that our Self-Care/Fitness scholarship is still available and we encourage you to take advantage of this. Are you participating in fitness classes, either virtually or in-person? Are you seeing a trainer or using a new fitness app? Do you have a current gym membership? Whatever is helping you to unwind and destress to ensure you take care of yourself, we want to help. Applications are available under the "Resources" tab. Reimbursement will be provided up to $100.
