We are excited to announce that we have 5 scholarships/stipends to award for up to $2500 this year for members to attend ONS Congress in Anaheim, CA. This year's Congress is April 11-14th.
Eligibility Criteria for consideration to receive a SWONS stipend must include:
1. Current ONS member for minimum of one year.
2. Attendance to minimum of one SWONS program meeting in 2018.
3. All activities must have occurred from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 unless information from 2017 is requested.
4. You did not receive a stipend for the 2018 ONS Congress.
If you are interested in applying, please fill out the attached application and email to wendy.thibodeau@aurora.org and lori.jemison@froedtert.com by February 1, 2019.
The stipends will reimburse expenses up to $2500 for airfare, travel, hotel, registration and food (no alcohol can be expensed). Also stipend recipients will be asked to write a paragraph about their experiences at Congress to share with the SWONS membership.
