We’re excited to share a new way to apply for conference scholarships in 2026! To give more members the opportunity to apply throughout the year, we are introducing a two-round system. Applications will open in two phases:
Round 1: January 1-May 31
Applications for conferences taking place from February 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026, will be accepted. For example, if you are planning to attend ONS Congress from May 13-17, you may apply during this round. If you are planning to attend APHON from Sept 16-18, you must wait until the next round to apply.
Once all available spots are filled during this round, members will be notified applications are on hold.
Round 2: June 1-December 31
Applications for conferences taking place from July 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027 will be accepted. For example, if you are planning to attend APHON from Sept 16-18, you may apply as early as June 1.
Once all available spots are filled during this round, members will be notified applications are on hold.
Applications that are submitted during the incorrect time frame will not be accepted and you will be required to resubmit your application during the correct time frame.
