The Oncology Nursing Society is evaluating its leadership competencies. One of the first steps was to benchmark with other organizations’ leadership competencies. In that task, we found a set of competencies that we think will meet the needs of our membership. We are looking for nurses to help us review those competencies and assess, via survey, if they will meet the needs of the Society and our membership.
We are looking for 20-30 volunteers who will participate in a survey and a focus group.
