The Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC) and the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) have contracted with ACT Education Corporation (ACT) to develop a Role Delineation Study (RDS) regarding the administration of antineoplastic therapies.
A diverse group of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) representing oncology and non-oncology nurses administering antineoplastic therapies in different areas of specialization and settings is needed to fulfill a Focus Group volunteer opportunity.
Focus Group Commitment
ONCC is seeking 8 – 10 Focus Group volunteers with varying degrees of experience administering antineoplastics who will participate in two 90-minute virtual sessions. Volunteers will respond to a structured protocol whereby they review the completeness and clarity of the responsibilities and prerequisite knowledge and skills regarding the administration of antineoplastic therapies. The Focus Group will meet in March and April.
