ONS is seeking content experts to participate in reviewing and redesigning the Quality of Life Issues course that is part of our OCN Certification Review Bundle. This course covers content related to:
-Psychosocial dimensions of care
-Sexuality
-Survivorship
-Palliative/Hospice/End of Life
Volunteers will be asked to attend regular virtual meetings to discuss course design, dedicate time outside of meetings for content creation, and meet deadlines as specified. Experience using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft PowerPoint is recommended.
Volunteers must have one of the following certifications: OCN, AOCN, AOCNP, or AOCNS. Volunteers must have knowledge and recent experience in providing comprehensive care specific to at least one of the topic content areas. Experience in navigation or care coordination is preferred, but not required.
