Dear Oncology Nurse,
As part of my Doctor of Nursing Practice's quality improvement initiative, you're invited to complete a survey to help understand the current knowledge, practices, and barriers related to the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) grading in oncology clinical practice.
Your participation is entirely voluntary; once you begin the survey, you can choose whether to complete it. Your completion of the survey constitutes your consent to participate in the project. All answers collected will remain confidential, and the anonymity of the participants will be preserved. You will begin with a short pre-survey to establish a baseline of your current knowledge about CTCAE, followed by a 10-minute educational PowerPoint presentation, and conclude with a post-survey to assess knowledge gained.
