The Leadership Development Committee (LDC) is launching a 10-month pilot program for young leaders. We are looking for seven (7) diverse members under 40 years of age interested in participating in this pilot to advance their leadership skills.
Selected participants will form relationships with the LDC members and have an assigned liaison of a prior member of the ONS Board of Directors. Participants will garner unique insight into leadership at ONS. They will attend meetings with LDC members. The selected leaders will also participate in guided reading and activities to take their leadership skills to the next level. As long as participants complete expected activities, their admittance to Congress 2023 will also be covered. (There will be some required activities and meetings at Congress. Activities and schedule will be communicated in advance.) Participants will also be considered for nomination by the LDC for leadership awards.
