Help the ONS Board identify organizational and workforce needs, support gaps, and identify engagement opportunities by sharing your experiences as a front‑line nurse leader. (eg, Supervisors, Managers, and Directors of Oncology Nurses)
Participants will meet with ONS Board members to discuss how organizations support professional growth for oncology nurses, how ONS membership is promoted and utilized, gaps in professional development/education, and ways ONS can help build a culture of professional growth and engagement on your team.
Skills/Background: Front‑line leadership in oncology nursing (supervisor/manager/director)
