Meet with ONS Board Members - Front‑Line Leaders Focus Group with ONS Board

Participants will meet with ONS Board members to discuss how organizations support professional growth for oncology nurses, how ONS membership is promoted and utilized, gaps in professional development/education, and ways ONS can help build a culture of professional growth and engagement on your team.  

Skills/Background: Front‑line leadership in oncology nursing (supervisor/manager/director),  with 0-5 years' experience.

Time commitment: 1 hour

Members‑only? No: Open to members and non-members
