Hello everyone,
I need to find a valid and reliable (EBP) survey tool to use in my DNP project. I'm looking for a short (around 5 question) Likert-style survey to assess understanding of an intervention. The intervention is survivorship care plans, but I might be able to adapt an existing generic survey. If anyone has something like this, please let me know. My email is jarradmitchell@yahoo.com
