    Hi!

    Has anyone added NCCN "surveillance" guidelines into Epic or other EMR for the various cancer types (knowing they have to be updated/reviewed to reflect most current recommendations)?

    Has anyone created a working document with surveillance guidelines to easily add into documentation for an APP? For example, dot phrases for EPIC or another way to be more efficient in adding these into dictation while doing patient notes?

    Thanks so much!! We are trying to put together a document to streamline our documentation.
