2025 Annual Reports
2025 will be the final year of comprehensive annual reporting. The Annual Report (completed by the 2025 chapter president) and the Treasurer Report (completed by the 2025 chapter treasurer) are available below. Additional information for completing the Treasurer Report can be found here.
These reports are both due by January 31, 2026.

Quarterly Reports
Beginning in 2026, chapters will begin submitting quarterly President's and Treasurer's Reports.
The volume of chapter reporting has not increased, it is simply being broken down into more manageable chunks to ease the end-of-year burden on chapter leaders.
The due dates of the reports are as follows:
- April 30: Quarter 1 Reports
- July 31: Quarter 2 Reports
- October 31: Quarter 3 Reports
- January 31 (2027): Quarter 4 Reports
