Boise, Idaho, Overview Overview St. Luke's Health System's Cancer Institute in Boise, ID seeks an Advanced Practice Practitioner to start our Oncology Night Hospitalist team. This position will work closely with both the BMT/Hematologic Malignancies team and our Medical Oncology team to support these medically complex patients in the hospital overnight. This role will work inpatient with a schedule of three 12- hour night shifts per week at the Boise Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to practice exclusively in the hospital setting while specializing in the fast growing field of oncology. St. Luke's Cancer Institute offers a broad spectrum of oncology care at the Boise Cancer Institute. This includes specialty services such as an chemotherapy and immunotherapy, acute leukemia care, adult autologous/ allogeneic transplant and CAR T. This cell therapy program is the first and only program in the state of Idaho and provides patient care for this state as well as bordering states such as Oregon, Montana, Wyoming, and Nevada. The program is accredited through the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapies (FACT) and is a National Marrow Transplant Program (NMDP) Transplant Center and a NMDP Apheresis Collection Center of Excellence. Patients and their families have trusted St. Luke's Cancer Institute for 50 years. Today we are a network of five cancer centers dedicated to state-of-the-art treatment. Our main cancer center in Boise brings you medical and radiation oncology specialists, as well as fellowship trained cancer surgeons in areas such as thoracic, hepatobiliary, gynecologic, and urologic oncology. We're also home to Idaho's only pediatric cancer program and federally sponsored hemophilia center.
