Good morning everyone,
It is with a heavy heart that I announce that our March 14th Symposium is being canceled at this time. The board has been in contact with the venue, Timber Creek Lodge at Sun City, and at this time the newest guidelines set forth by CDPH and Placer County Health Department are not possible to achieve. With this in mind, the decision is one that we all are saddened by.
We are hoping that we can discuss the possibility of rescheduling the symposium for later in the year at our next board meeting.
With the decision just being made, we ask that you give the board some time to begin the process of refunding everyone. We are hoping to begin that process this weekend. At this time we are in the process of contacting all those who were going to be presenting and the vendors who were going to be supporting the event.
Again, thank you all for your patience and understanding. We all know we want to ensure the safety of each of you, our vendors, the speakers, the residents of Sun City, and ultimately our oncology community as a whole.
