Hello CTONS and student nurses!
The Oncology Nursing Foundation is offering a scholarship that supports a student nurse who is pursuing a career in oncology nursing by providing funding to attend ONS Congress®. Preference for this award is given to student nurses who are based within a 30-mile radius of the location where ONS Congress is being held. In 2026, the 51st Annual ONS Congress will be held from May 13–17 in San Antonio, TX. Please share with your fellow student nurse friends and coworkers!
The scholarship award covers registration to attend ONS Congress, per diem expenses for travel and meals, and a one-year membership to the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS). For recipients outside of the 30-mile radius, consideration will be given for reimbursement of meals, transportation, and accommodations during ONS Congress.
SELECTION CRITERIA
In order to be eligible, applicants must:
1. Be a BSN student currently enrolled in their junior or senior year.
2. Be interested in pursuing a career in oncology nursing.
3. Be committed to attending ONS Congress in its entirety.
4. Must agree to complete a three-question follow-up report to the Foundation after the
conference.
