The Central NJ Chapter of ONS will be hosting a Fall Wellness Retreat on Oct. 31st from 9am to 2:30pm, with check-in starting at 8:30am. It will be held at the tranquil oceanfront location of St. Joseph's by the Sea Retreat House, 400 Route 35 North, Mantoloking, NJ.
The day will be filled with speakers on topics such as self-care, chair massages, vendor exhibits, and a free raffle for a Wellness basket and 1 year ONS Membership.
Price is $40 for CNJ members, $65 for non-members. Cost includes breakfast and lunch as well as gift-bag for each attendee.
