  • ONS Congress 2021- Abstract Submission

    ABSTRACT INFORMATION

    What Is an Abstract?

An abstract is a summary of a project or research study that identifies its objective, methodology, findings, conclusions, and intended results. Once all abstracts are submitted, they are scored by oncology nursing experts, and those that meet the appropriate criteria are presented at ONS Congress™ as either an oral abstract or a poster presentation.

Abstract submissions will be accepted August 16 to September 30.

Learn more about submission guidelines and general information. Interested in reviewing abstracts? Sign up to volunteer as an abstract reviewer. Selected reviewers will be contacted with additional information.

    Why Submit an Abstract?

Your hard work and knowledge deserves to be recognized. When you present at ONS Congress, you are using your voice to empower and motivate nurses from all over the globe to improve their own practice.

Have a project that won’t conclude until the end of the year? You will still have an opportunity to submit a research or industry-supported (non-NCPD) late-breaking abstract. The late-breaking submission period will be from December 13, 2021 to January 13, 2022.

ONS is accepting abstracts in the following categories: Clinical Practice, Advanced Practice, Leadership/Management/Education, Research, Quality Improvement, Industry-Supported, and International.

Use your voice to promote excellence in oncology nursing!
