Join the Bucks Montgomery Chapter of ONS Vendor Fair where Dr. James Smith Jr. will offer his high-energy presentation on ways for us to improve our personal and professional lives. Dr. Smith is a motivational speaker who ignites passion in participants at his seminars. He has worked with major corporations such as Biogen, Comcast, Jockey, Genentech, Astra Zeneca, Celgene, Genworth Financial, Bristol Myers Squibb, Metlife and Lockheed Martin.
Dr. James Smith Jr. has been a mover and shaker in the Diversity, Empowerment and Inclusion fields since the early 1980’s working for corporations as well as in the private practice business he started. He has giving rise to such programs as the “Rise Up Leadership training,” and a “No Excuses Personal Accountability” revolution. He runs virtual and inhouse workshops and public BOOT CAMPs, he writes blogs, and offers personal coaching, and motivational keynotes. Those who have been JIMPACTed say that he has the rare ability to walk the line between direct and encouraging.
