    2021 SJCONS Oncology Tidbits
    May 8, 2021
    Target Audience: Nurses caring for oncology patients
    Expected Learning Outcomes:
    Participants will be able to incorporate new knowledge into
    their practices that can translate into improved metrics.
    Course Completion Criteria:
    Participants must attend at least 95% of the program, no partial
    credit will be awarded. Participants must also complete the online end of program evaluation within 7 days from this educational activity.

     The South Jersey Chapter of ONS is
    covering the cost of registration for
    chapter members who are not Virtua
    employees.
     Registration fee of $40 for colleagues
    that are not Virtua employees and are
    not members of the South Jersey
    Chapter of ONS
    The Planning Committee, presenters, faculty, authors, and content reviewers have no conflicts of interest to disclose, Disclosure
    forms are required and they are reviewed for any issues.
    Speakers are required to present balanced and unbiased presentations. The presentation content has been reviewed and any bias
    has been eliminated.

    This program has been awarded __6_ Nursing Contact
    Hours. Virtua Health is an approved provider of continuing
    nursing professional development by
    New Jersey State Nurses Association, a
    n accredited approver by the
    American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation,
    Provider Number P177-2/19-22.
    Cancellations can be made up until 48 hours prior to the start
    of the program for a refund with a $40.00 Administrative Fee.
    There are no refunds for no call, no shows.
