This year, our Global Power of Oncology Nursing (GPON) group will be holding our 3rd annual (free) webinar on issues of relevance to oncology nurses worldwide (with a focus on countries with areas of great disparity in cancer care access).
On
Nov 15, 2022, we have one session in the morning for folks in Europe/Africa/Mid East and the East and one 2-hour session later in the day (UK time) but
15:00-17:00 New York City time for the Western Hemisphere.
This year our webinar theme is
From Adversity to Opportunity and our focus will be on nurse migration and oncology nursing in crisis settings. For the Western Hemisphere, we include a speaker on
Oncology Nursing Policy in Central America, a US speaker on
Nurse Migration in general, a video on
Oncology Nursing in Turks & Caicos and a speaker on
Oncology Nursing in Colombia among others
. All presentations will be simultaneously translated to English and Spanish. So please join us tell your friends who might be interested.
