  • 1.  NEED for President Elect and Treasurer Elect

    Very important, both I and the treasurer are in our last year.  As per ONS rules and regulations, Presidents and Treasurers can only serve for two years.

    We are looking for anyone that would like to be President and Treasurer next year.  It would be great if we can have them now so that they can work alongside of us for the rest of this year.

    Please let us know if you are interested.  We need these two positions to continue as a chapter next year.

    Hi Joan,
    For the upcoming year, there is one BIG thing, the next Vendor Fair will be April 2025.  That will require a few extra board meetings.
    But the other biggest thing is completing the year end report.  Most of the work for that can be pulled from the other board members (membership coordinator and program coordinator).  
    The time is for each dinner event (so like two hours each week), keeping website up to date, at least 4 board meetings, and then extra time for Vendor fair.  The time commitment really isn't that huge.
