The Oncology Nursing Foundation is recruiting volunteers to review the 2024 Leadership Scholarship applications. In order to be eligible to review, you must currently hold a leadership role.
The Leadership Scholarship supports a registered nurse, working in oncology, interested in developing their leadership skills to improve cancer care by attending a leadership continuing education program. The scholarship provides recipients up to $1,200 registration fee to attend a leadership nursing continuing professional development program held either virtually or in-person. Funds are for program registration only.
Applications for the 2024 Leadership Scholarship are due by 11:59pm Eastern Time on September 15, 2024.
Eligible volunteers for this review will be notified by August 30, 2024.
TIME COMMITMENT:
The Leadership Scholarship review period allows reviewers a little over two weeks to complete their assignments. Each reviewer will be assigned 7-10 applications, which can take from 10-15 minutes each to complete. The overall time commitment anticipated for this review is approximately 3.5 hours.
