Colorectal cancer is on the rise in young adults. Banner MD Anderson’s Dr. Kundranda, MD, PhD, FACP will present this topic and also explain the role of multidisciplinary teams in managing young adults with metastatic colorectal cancer including the psychosocial impact. This is a topic near and dear to Dr. Kundranda, section chief of Medical Oncology and the Director of the GI Cancer Program at Banner MD Anderson. We are very fortunate to learn more about his practice and the care of this unique patient population, as well as his passion for multidisciplinary care.
Lindsey Barnard with Tempus will also provide an overview of the standard of care gene testing related to colorectal cancer as well as the NCCN guidelines.
