Nurse of the Year Nominations:
PONS is seeking nominations for our Third Annual Excellence in Oncology Nursing Awards. The selected nominees will be awarded at our Oncology Nurse Appreciation Event to be held later this year. PONS will recognize one Registered Nurse and One Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a monetary award of $500. We recognize that our membership is full of knowledgeable, compassionate and accomplished nurses and we want to celebrate you! Nominees must be members of PONS to be eligible for the award.
How to place a nomination: Please send an email to Heather Barndt, PONS Director-at-Large, and include the following:
- Nominee’s name and credentials
- Current Role
- Short essay telling us why the nominees should receive the award
