ONS is seeking volunteers to participate in a short survey designed to help improve future online learning experiences. This survey specifically focuses on the format and design of activities—such as course navigation, usability, and how learning activities are structured—rather than the actual content or topics covered.
We are looking for nurses who have completed an ONS course within the past year and are willing to share feedback through a brief survey about the structure and delivery of course activities. Upon completion of the survey, participants will be offered the opportunity to register for a voluntary follow-up focus group.
What participants will do - Volunteers will:
· Complete a 10-minute self-paced survey that explores how nurses experience ONS courses and what helps—or hinders—their learning.
· Answer multiple-choice and open text questions
· Provide honest feedback on design, navigation, clarity, and usability across devices
The survey will ask about:
· Why nurses choose ONS courses
· Device and mobile learning experiences and preferences
· When and how nurses typically engage with ONS course content
· Feedback, challenges, and suggestions for improvement to course format and design
Who we’re looking for (Eligibility) - Nurses who:
· Have completed an ONS course within the past year
· Use ONS courses for clinical practice, certification preparation, NCPD, or professional development
· Are comfortable providing candid feedback
Your feedback will directly inform the design and development of future online learning experiences.
