    Hello fellow oncology nurses,

    I am an oncology nurse and nurse researcher. My team and I have been working to understand and measure oncology nurses' professional quality of life (compassion fatigue / compassion satisfaction). I would greatly appreciate your participation in this phase of my study that aims to validate a newly created survey, the Oncology Nurses' Professional Quality of Life Questionnaire (ON-PQOL). Any oncology nurse, in any setting is eligible to participate if they provide direct patient care.
