Lab draws with IV start then chemo

We typically do a lab draw for our patients with limited access and leave the IV in for chemo as a “comfort service.” Recently we have seen some evidence of “ chemo leakage” possibly from these sites. Not an infiltration during infusion but a small area that appears brownish tends to shows up a few days after infusion. Only 4 cases recently, 2 Taxotere, 1 Gemzar, 1 Keytruda.
Has anyone seen anything like that? Thanks,
