Mark As Inappropriate
It was recently brought to my attention that staff (doctors, nurses, techs) in our Interventional Radiology department have been performing Chemoembolization procedures. These staff members have no specific Oncology training. I was wondering what, if any training your facilities require for Interventional Radiology staff to have (safe handling precautions including PPE, chemo spill procedures, etc.). Thanks in advance!
