Leadership Weekend

Primary Representative Information


Transportation:

Primary representatives should book air travel through American Express Travelink (please find that information below).  Please note, this is not necessary if you are planning on driving. American Express TravelLink has been provided with your name, and will work with you to find the most efficient flight arrangements.

Attendees should plan to be at the hotel no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, July 19 and depart from Pittsburgh International Airport after 3:00 pm on Sunday, July 21.

Shuttle transportation from the airport on Friday, July 19 will be arranged for all registered attendees, via Super Shuttle.  Departure buses for Sunday afternoon will also be arranged.  

 

Accommodations:

This year's Leadership Weekend will be held at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown in downtown Pittsburgh. ONS will reimburse Primary Representatives for two nights - Friday, July 19 and Saturday, July 20 Additional Representatives are welcome to share rooms with their Primary Representatives.  However, ONS will only be covering the cost of a single or double occupancy room - the chapter will be responsible for any charges related to additional guests.

Attendees should book their accommodations through the system provided by ONS (please find that information at the bottom of this e-mail).  Any changes to your reservation should be made directly with the hotel.  For any questions regarding your hotel reservation, please contact the Wyndham directly at: 412-391-4600.

 

THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS MAY 31,
2019.

 1. Book your travel through the American Express Travelink (please note, this is not necessary if you are driving).  To book your flight, call 669-272-1447 from 8:00 am-6:30 pm Monday through Friday. You’ll press 3 for Executive Travel Services and then press 6404 to speak with an agent. If you are calling between 6:30-9:00 pm ET, dial extension 6404, then press 0. Should you receive voicemail, leave a detailed message and the best time to return your call. You will need to indicate you are attending the 2019 ONS Chapter Leadership Weekend. American-Express Travelink will bill ONS directly for your ticket and email you the ticket confirmation.  Flights need to be booked by May 31, 2019.  If you prefer contact by email, please send your initial email to teamamber@travelink.com


2. Book your hotel room for Friday, July 19 - Sunday, July 21 through the Leadership Weekend Wyndham site. The hotel will ask for a credit card to hold the room, and you will be charged at check-in.  ONS will reimburse the cost of your stay (Friday, July 19 and Saturday, July 20 ONLY) after the conference.

ADDITIONAL Representative Information

Additional representatives should book air travel through the travel vendor of their choice (ex: Expedia, travel agent, etc.)  Please note, this is not necessary if you are planning on driving. If driving, Additional Representatives are welcome to share a car with their Primary Representative.  Please note, the cost of transportation for Additional Reps is not covered by ONS.

Attendees should plan to be at the hotel no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, July 19th and depart from Pittsburgh International Airport after 3:00 pm on Sunday, July 21.
