Ticket reservations open 10/12/2025
You're invited to our annual CTONS End of the Year Celebration - a chance to connect, reflect, and celebrate all we've accomplished together in 2025!
The board is excited to invite all active CTONS members to Hotel Ella this year for our End of Year Celebration. There will be a vendor fair with raffle prizes during cocktail hour. Dinner will be served buffet style. Beverages will be available and followed by a cash bar.
We look forward to announcing our 2026 board members, scholarship recipients for Quarter 4 and students, and annual awards.
***Please register for your ticket by November 17th as registration will close for head counts***
Cost: Ticket registration is $15 and you will receive raffle tickets in exchange. If you registered and can no longer attend, the $15 registration will be donated to the CTONS scholarship fund. Non-active members are welcome to attend but will not receive raffle tickets.
Day of event: The CTONS End of Year Celebration will be held in the Ballroom at Hotel Ella - signs will be posted. Please check in at our sign-in booth. 2 raffle tickets per vendor table (32-38 total) will be provided. Additional raffle tickets may be purchased on arrival.
Parking: There is local street parking or Hotel Ella valet (CTONS will be covering the valet parking for non-vendor attendees). Rideshare is also an option.
Raffle prizes: Each of our vendors will have a raffle drawing at their booth. We encourage everyone to stop by each vendor to network! Limit of one prize per winner and you must be present to win.
Vendors: Pharm or company representatives who have not confirmed a vendor table and paid the registration fee with CTONS will not be allowed to set up a presentation or distribute handouts/branded material during the event.
Schedule of Events:
6pm: Doors open for CTONS Members
6pm - 7:30pm: Vendor Fair / cocktail hour / passed appetizers (cash bar after 2 complimentary drinks)
7:30pm: Buffet opens
8:45pm: Dessert, raffled prizes, announcements, closing remarks
10:00pm: Event closes
